Transform your life through mindfulness! For a positive way to manage unhealthy stress, join an innovative program that explores stress relief through simple yoga movement, talk, and quiet introspection in a supportive group setting. Whether you’ve practiced yoga and meditation or have never tried them before, you can experience relief from stress. The classes are suitable for everyone regardless of physical condition or age. Previous experience in yoga or meditation is not required
Each week students will explore one of eight different themes through yoga and meditation to invite a deeper knowledge of themselves. Befriending the body, Awareness, Acceptance, Choice, Discernment, Truth, Truth in Action, and Flow.

Time: Tuesdays, 6:30 p.m. - 8:45 p.m. (end time will very pending on size of class)
All Day Retreat: March 24th 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
