New Student Package

$20 for 3 Classes: First time students to Synergize Yoga in Anoka can purchase a package of classes 3 yoga classes for $20. This package must be used within 2 weeks (14 Days) of purchase and must be purchased on their first visit. No Exceptions.

If you are new to our studio, please print and fill out this Health History Form before coming to class.

Friday February 10th and 24th: HAPPY HOUR Yoga (= 7:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.

Why Practice Yoga?
